Paleo Apple Bread with Caramel Maple Glaze
Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup tapioca flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and diced
Instructions:
Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 175 degrees Celsius and coat a loaf pan with coconut oil
Almond flour, coconut flour, tapioca flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg should all be combined in a large mixing bowl
Whisk the eggs, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil in a separate bowl
After adding the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, thoroughly mix them together
Mix the batter with the diced apples
After the loaf pan has been oiled, transfer the batter there and level it out

Maple Caramel Glaze: Ingredients one-fourth cup: coconut milk 2 tablespoons maple syrup - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract - 2 tablespoons coconut sugar Instructions: Combine coconut sugar, maple syrup, and coconut milk in a small saucepan over low heat
Stir constantly for 5 to 7 minutes, or until mixture thickens and takes on caramel-like consistency
Take it off the stove, mix in the vanilla extract, and allow it to cool a little
After the Paleo apple bread is baked, take it out of the oven and allow it to cool for ten minutes inside the pan
After the bread has cooled, drizzle it with the warm caramel maple glaze
