Paleo Apple Bread with Caramel Maple Glaze



A delicious apple bread that fits well on the Paleo diet, topped with a rich, caramel-colored maple glaze. This recipe is a guilt-free treat for your Paleo lifestyle because it is low in sugar and devoid of grains and dairy.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup tapioca flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and diced

Instructions:

Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 175 degrees Celsius and coat a loaf pan with coconut oil

Almond flour, coconut flour, tapioca flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg should all be combined in a large mixing bowl

Stir constantly for 5 to 7 minutes, or until mixture thickens and takes on caramel-like consistency

Take it off the stove, mix in the vanilla extract, and allow it to cool a little

After the Paleo apple bread is baked, take it out of the oven and allow it to cool for ten minutes inside the pan

After the bread has cooled, drizzle it with the warm caramel maple glaze
