  • 2 lbs grapes any variety of your choice
  • 1 bottle of wine red or white, preferably from the same grape variety as used in the recipe
  • Assorted cheese such as brie, cheddar, and gouda
  • Crackers or baguette slices
  • Fresh herbs such as rosemary and thyme
  • Nuts such as almonds or walnuts
  • Honey or jam optional

Instructions:

Start by rinsing the grapes thoroughly under cold water and pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel

Separate the grapes from the stems and place them on a serving platter

Open the bottle of wine and pour it into a decanter or wine glass to allow it to breathe
