Gluten-Free Keto Pizza
Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup low-carb pizza sauce

- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Turn on your oven and heat it up to 425F 220C
Put the cream cheese and mozzarella cheese in a bowl that can go in the microwave
After 1 minute in the microwave, stir until everything is well mixed
The egg, baking powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and almond flour should all be added to the melted cheese
Mix it together until a dough forms
Roll out the dough into a thin crust between two pieces of parchment paper
Take off the top piece of parchment paper and put the crust on a baking sheet
Once the oven is hot, bake the crust for 8 to 10 minutes, or until it turns a light golden color
Take the crust out of the oven and smear the pizza sauce all over it
Add the toppings you want and then sprinkle the shredded Parmesan cheese on top
Put the pizza back in the oven and bake for another 5 to 7 minutes, or until the cheese melts and bubbles
Cut it up and serve it hot
