Vegan No-Bake White Chocolate Ganache Tart
Enjoy the rich flavors of a white chocolate ganache tart without having to bake it. This dessert is both vegan and gluten-free. It has a crumbly oat flour crust and is filled with creamy cashews and coconut cream and sweet vegan white chocolate.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups raw cashews
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces vegan white chocolate, melted
- 1 1/2 cups gluten-free oat flour
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Use a food processor to grind cashews into a fine powder
Melt the coconut oil and add the vanilla extract and coconut cream
Mix until it's smooth
Put in the melted vegan white chocolate and mix it in well
Mix oat flour, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and a pinch of salt in a different bowl until the mixture is crumbly
Press the oat flour mix into the bottom of a tart pan to make the crust
Spread out the white chocolate ganache mixture that you just poured over the crust
Put it in the fridge for at least four hours, or until it sets
If you want, you can decorate it before serving with fresh berries or shaved vegan white chocolate
