Keto Bacon Avocado Burger



This burger is great for people on the Keto diet because it is high in protein and healthy fats. It would make a great Father's Day meal. When you mix juicy beef, crispy bacon, creamy avocado, and fresh vegetables, you get a flavor explosion!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 4 large lettuce leaves
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Form ground beef into 4 patties and season with salt and pepper

Cook bacon until crispy in a skillet over medium heat, then set aside

In the same skillet, cook the beef patties to desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare

Assemble the burger by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom, followed by the beef patty, bacon slices, avocado slices, tomato slices, and another lettuce leaf on top

Secure with toothpicks if needed and serve
