Healthy Vegan Tiramisu Breakfast Jars



Indulge in a guilt-free version of tiramisu with these healthy vegan breakfast jars. Packed with wholesome ingredients like oats, chia seeds, almond milk, and dairy-free yogurt, these jars offer a delicious twist on the classic dessert, perfect for starting your day on a sweet note.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brewed coffee, chilled
  • 1/4 cup dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • Fresh berries for topping

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon

Stir well

Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours to allow the mixture to thicken

In the morning, divide the oat mixture into jars, layering it with brewed coffee and dairy-free yogurt

Sprinkle cocoa powder over the top of each jar

Top with fresh berries
