Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brewed coffee, chilled
- 1/4 cup dairy-free yogurt
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- Fresh berries for topping
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon
Stir well
Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours to allow the mixture to thicken
