Paleo Chocolate Chip Granola Butter Blondies

Combining the sweetness of chocolate chips, the crunch of Paleo granola, and the richness of almond butter, these Paleo blondies make a delightful treat. They are ideal for a Paleo dessert or snack because they are dairy- and grain-free.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup Paleo granola
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup Paleo chocolate chips
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 175 degrees Celsius and coat an 8 by 8-inch baking dish with coconut oil

Almond butter, honey or maple syrup, egg, and vanilla extract should all be combined in a mixing bowl

Blend until thoroughly blended

Incorporate baking soda, coconut flour, and a small amount of salt into the blend

Until the batter is smooth, stir

Fold the chocolate chips and Paleo granola into the batter gently

Distribute the batter evenly in the baking dish that has been greased

A toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean after 20 to 25 minutes of baking in a preheated oven, or until the edges start to turn golden brown

After letting the blondies cool in the pan for ten or so minutes, move them to a wire rack to finish cooling

Once the Paleo Chocolate Chip Granola Butter Blondies have cooled, cut them into squares and enjoy!
