Nutella Brownies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Nutella
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
Grease an 8x8-inch 20x20 cm baking pan and preheat your oven to 350F 175C
Put the Nutella and melted butter in a mixing bowl
Blend until a smooth consistency is achieved
Mix the Nutella mixture thoroughly after adding the eggs and vanilla extract
Mix the flour, sugar, salt, and cocoa powder in a different bowl
Stirring until just combined, gradually add the dry ingredients to the Nutella mixture
Add the chopped hazelnuts and fold
Transfer the brownie mixture into the baking pan that has been preheated and level it out
For 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs, bake in the preheated oven
After taking the brownies out of the oven, allow them to cool for about fifteen minutes in the pan
You can make the Nutella frosting while the brownies are cooling
Just zap 1/2 cup of Nutella in the microwave for about 20 seconds to make it spreadable for the frosting
After the brownies are a little bit cool, evenly distribute the melted Nutella on top
Before slicing the brownies into squares, let them cool fully in the pan
After baking, eat, and savor your Nutella brownies!
